Biography

Mr Ebu is a Procurement and Project Management Specialist at Cenpower Holdings, a subsidiary of Reltub Investments Limited, in Ghana. He has over 18 years of experience in the public and private Procurement field with specialisation in project procurement, public finance, governance and contract management, using procurement procedures within the context of Public-Private Partnership, European Union, Government of Ghana and World Bank funded projects. Mr Ebu has been involved with several million dollar ($M) projects such as IBRD- IDA World Bank Credit, Local Government Capacity Support Project, Embedded Power for captive market/generation plants for bulk-consumers such as AGA-Iduapriem, Ghacem and Siguiri- Guinea Mine IPP Power Project - Guinea. Currently, Mr Ebu is leading a $155m 20 MW Waste-to-Energy project that would process solid humid waste of 1,000 ton/day. He is also playing the role of a broker by leading Altaaqa Global Energy Services of Dubai to develop 500MW power energy-mix with the Government of Sierra Leone, having signed an MoU. Mr Ebu was previously a Lecturer at Zenith University College in Ghana. He holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from the University of Ghana Business School, and a Bachelor's degree in the Social Sciences from the University of Cape Coast, Ghana. He also obtained a Diploma in Technical Education from the University of Cape Coast.
