Undertaking the Certified Budget Analyst programme facilitated by the Institute of Economics and Finance (IEF), under a joint initiative with the Certified Institute of Budget Analysts (CIBA), has been an excellent and impactful experience. The course content was detailed and well-structured, and the lecturer demonstrated strong subject mastery. His engaging delivery style encouraged participation and made complex topics easy to understand. The programme has already influenced how I apply budgeting principles in my role, especially in public sector financial regulations and management. This training has renewed my commitment to becoming a Chartered Budget Analyst. I commend both the IEF and CIBA teams and look forward to progressing to CIBA Level 2.
