Biography

Solomon Baddoo has over fifteen years of professional work experience. He is currently the Director of Programme Administration for Rockford Public Schools in Rockford Illinois, USA. He Worked in Management roles with Hertz Corporations across the Chicagoland areas in the United States of America. He continued his career in the financial industry with Morgan Stanley and Wells Fargo as a Financial Relationship Advisor, focusing on advisory and the security exchanges in U.S.A. Solomon co-founded Global Solutions Outreach, Inc., a professional development organisation with a focus on building the capacity of African professionals in areas of healthcare, education, business, and leadership development. He has led and coordinated cross-functional teams to accomplish development projects in Africa. He has worked for faith-based organisations in building organisational capacity and launching new programs. Solomon’s initiative led a team of investors to Ghana, who have launched a chili pepper processing plant in Tema, Ghana to combat food-borne illness, support rural farmers and provide jobs for local Africans. The product is currently one of the few FDA approved and licensed chili pepper in the region and was awarded “Best Chili Pepper of 2016.” He graduated from Northern Illinois University, Dekalb Campus with a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Theology from Atlanta Bible College. He also holds both Master of Business Administration (MBA) Finance and Management as well as graduate certificate in Data Science and Business Analytics from Walden University. He is currently enrolled with Grand Canyon University in Phoenix Arizona acquiring a teacher licensure, and with University of Dayton in Dayton Ohio finishing up PhD in educational leadership. He is an Honors member of the National Society of Leadership and Success, U.S.A chapter. Solomon is a licensed and ordained minister with International Church of the Foursquare Gospel, Los Angeles, California.
