PROGRAMME OVERVIEW
The program is a 12-week course designed to equip aspiring and early-stage entrepreneurs with the skills to turn ideas into successful ventures. Participants will learn to identify business opportunities, develop a solid business plan, secure funding, and implement growth strategies. Through hands-on learning, real-world case studies, and insights from experienced entrepreneurs, this course ensures participants gain the confidence and practical knowledge to navigate the entrepreneurial journey and build sustainable businesses.

The course is structured into twelve modules, each focusing on key aspects of launching and growing a successful business. Through interactive lectures, case studies, practical exercises, and assessments, participants will gain the essential skills to transform business ideas into viable ventures.

» Implement effective sales and scaling strategies to gain traction, increase revenue, and expand market reach.

» Understand the legal and regulatory landscape, including business registration, contracts, and intellectual property protection.

» Apply learning through a real-world capstone project, where participants will develop and present their startup concept.
