PROGRAMME OVERVIEW
Success in business can be greatly enhanced with an understanding of key entrepreneurial characteristics and competencies solutions. Experience of a seasoned entrepreneur is precious — and no matter how many theoretical models you study, you simply can’t replace the experience they’ve gained through actually doing the work, failing, and succeeding.

This interactive course is designed and led by seasoned entrepreneurs to help you propel your business in the right direction and stay motivated when you need it the most. The course also provides potential entrepreneurs with the knowledge of succeeding in an entrepreneurial opportunity. This course is not going to do the work for you but you’ll get the clarity and confidence to do the work yourself. Practical skills covered in this course include identifying entrepreneurial opportunities, creating a business plan, securing financial backing and coordinating business growth.

This course explains how entrepreneurs run structured experiments to validate ideas and refine business strategy. You will dive deep into the numbers behind how entrepreneurs and their investors make financial decisions to create value and grow their operations.

CURRICULUM
The course provides access to high quality training with interactive sessions and the opportunity to learn the latest with experts from respected institutions around the world. The programme curriculum provides a highly engaging way to learn and allows participants to:

He is the President of Accra Business School and doubles up as President of the Institute of Economics and Finance.
